We have a customer with NAV 2009, if the user is SUPER they do not get the error:
You do not have the permission to read the User Default Style Sheet table.
I created a new ROLE just for the tables 2000000065 to 200000007 with all permissions.
And then assigned it to the user (along with their daily roles), including ALL.
Yet this user still gets the error.
Any suggestions?
The database is using model - Simple.
Thank you,

What actions do you need to perform to reproduce the error? I set up a user and role as you described, then tried opening both C/SIDE and RTC, but was unable to provoke the error.
Two things to try:
The BASIC roles gives permission to the Style Sheet table (2000000067), perhaps this is what you were missing.

The user has full permissions with Table 2000000067 and still gives the Error Message.
They are running 2009 using SQL Classic.
The SQL Recovery Method is set as Simple - this is their test database.
I did set the same roles in Live, which uses Full Recovery Method and the error message happend there too.
It almost seems like the SQL permissions are not being set when Synchronized.
