Outlook Sync with Mobile Devices

Hi! Is anyone running the Outlook Synchronization with NAV and Mobile Devices? Can you please tell me how this is going and if your customer is satisfied with the process? My concern is that with the Outlook sync being initiated by the Outlook client, the NAV data is not being updated frequently enough should the user be off-site for long periods of time. The info could be entered into the Mobile phone, for instance, and new information could be in NAV but until they open their Outlook Client the sync would not be completed. Please correct me if my understanding of this process is incorrect. I am referring to NAV 5.0 and 2009 SP1. THANKS!
