Forgot Super User Id and Password

Hi all
I read the topic "Can we retrieve SUPER password", but there it is not included if there is any solution if i am using Sql Server Database.
The problem is as below. The client has user SA and password but the problem is that this user is not the super user, because he has no rights to go to Design of a table or to see C/AL Code.
So my question is how i can find the super user id and password, or modify the SA user to be the superuser.
