Problems with NAV2009 and new Report Layout option...

I have NAV2009 SP1 installed and have just downloaded & installed the MS Web Developer 2008 and report add-in. However, still getting the following error when I design any report in NAV2009 Classic and then go to View, Layout...


The application for project
c:\Users\AUser\AppData\Local\Temp\Microsoft Dynamics
Nav\Report50012(0)\ReportLayout is not installed.

Make sure the application for the project type() is installed.



It does open up MS Visual Studio, but the Solution Explorer box (top right) shows as (Unavailable) and states that the project file cannot be loaded.

Any ideas?

(FYI - using SQL Server 2005)

for this new report 50012 layout has not been created. so please create a layout => Report 50012-> DESIGN
TOOLS-> Create Layout suggestion

It sounds like the Reporting Add-In is not installed properly.
When you open a web site in Visual Web Developer are you able to add a new report item?
