Hi,
Nope. There are 2 Alternatives to this problem:
1) You can save a report in HTML
2) Install Acrobat Distiller, and when you print the report, print to acrobat distiller and then you can save as PDF.0 -
Yes, there are other developers who have created an addon but most of the time you need to add "code" to every report (or button) to be able to create a PDF.
In a couple of days we will release an small AddOn called SendX. After installation in Navision you can export ANY report to PDF.
The same way when you print it to a pdf-writer but without al the steps.0 -
We already have an add-on available that provides this capability. By clicking a new "Email" button on the Report List (under any functional area) any report can be emailed directly (no code changes to any report). There are additional capabilities provided to directly email sales quotes and purchase orders from the respective document forms.

Is printing to a PDF printer out of the question?
www.pdf995.com
Pdf995 makes it easy and affordable to create professional-quality documents in the popular PDF file format. Its easy-to-use interface helps you to create PDF files by simply selecting the "print" command from any application, creating documents which can be viewed on any computer with a PDF viewer. Pdf995 supports network file saving, fast user switching on XP, Citrix/Terminal Server, custom page sizes and large format printing. Pdf995 is a printer driver that works with any Postscript to PDF converter.
The pdf995 printer driver and a free Converter are available for easy download.0 -
Our add-on is about streamlining the process. In fact, it does take advantage of either PDF995 or Win2PDF to produce the PDF file.
If you just use PDF995 and want to email a report in PDF format, you need to:
1) Print the report
2) Select the PDF995 printer
3) Give the report a name
4) Open a new email message
5) Attach the PDF file
With our add-on, you select the "Email" option instead of printing the report, and the process then automatically produces a PDF with an appropriate name matching the report name (eg. "Customer List.pdf"), and opens up a new email message with the file attached. You just fill in the "To" address and click Send.
In addition, when sending a sales quote or purchase order, the email address for the Customer/Vendor will automatically be populated in the new email message window.Rob Hansen

Actually if you also include the free http://www.pdfedit995.com/
You still have to select the PDF995 printer. but this the PDFedit995 - you can set it to autoname the file and auto attach the new PDF document to an email.
So once you print to the PDF995 printer it will automatically open your email and attach the document - all you have to do it enter the email address.
Plus PDFedit995 has a bunch more features - click the link to read more info.0 -
I like the suggested PDF995 printer solution.
For alternatives, remember SourceForge.net for great freeware:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/
For other free "Print to PDF", etc files, you can try this link (in addition to a Google search)
http://www.snapfiles.com/downloadfind.p ... n=s&st=pdf
For another supported, commercial solution that includes a PDF Print SERVER (!) you try Print2PDF at this site:
http://www.software602.com/store/print2pdf.html
You can Google for "free command line email" programs and end up with many great programs or take off the word "free" and look for commercial ones.
Best,
