Hi ,

I have attached the Manual Journal form image below.

In the header part i have included the 4 variables in the name of Activity(option),Branch(code),Document No(code), Posting Date(Date) .

Activity ==> HP,FIN,OPER,LON(options)

The Template is one and it contains 4 batches.

Template Name ===> Manual
Batches ===> HP,FIN,LON,OPER


When the user selects the Activity in the header part as HP.
After that when the user selects the Batch Name, the lookup should show only the HP batch . Is it possible??

Why not just make the batch an uneditable field? Then set the value when the user selects the activity.
