Dynamics NAV on Cloud Computing

Hello All,
Has anyone considered implementing Dynamics NAV on a cloud computing environment such as Amazon EC2. I understand it will be difficult to have only server installed on the client and access that using the NAV client on the local machine due to the last mile bandwidth issues. But how about having a set of servers in the cloud among which one will be a Terminal Server / CITRIX Server. I know this does not give you any licensing advantages, neither NAV not TS/CITRIX, but this will definitely ensure high availability of the solution provided there is a reliable last mile connectivity.
Please let me know if anyone has done or contemplated on this.
