Navision 3.10.A install media

Hi Everyone,
My company has recently purchased a company that uses Navision 3.10.A for their accounts process.
I have been asked to duplicate the environment in a VM, and to migrate all the data across to the new VM, however I do not have the installation media for 3.10.8. We have no support contract that I can find, and i have turned the store room upside down trying to find the disks.
Does anyone know where I can download this version, or, failing that, if there is a way to upgrade the software to a more common version (3.70 seems to pop up occasionally), and then install that.
