Suggest Vendor Payments Report Error

Hi all,
I have a very extrange problem with new role tailore client in Nav 2009 SP1.
When i run the Report 393 (Suggest Vendor Payments) from Payment Journal page, the system show me the next error:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
The server "net.[url=tcp://SERVER:7046/VialogosNST/Service]tcp://SERVER:7046/VialogosNST/Service[/url]" is not available or has lost the connection. Do you want to connect?
Yes No
This is very extrange and i don't understand why happen, because this only happens when the language is Spanish...
I've tryed to debug the code, but the system show the error message before the debug start. ](*,) ](*,)
