Stylesheet error

Hi there,
I've tried the Style Sheet Tool. It's excellent! :P
However I've developed the stylesheet in the test server and when moving it to the live one I get the following error message:
The call to member save failed. msxml4.dll returned the following message: Type'{http://purl.org/dc/terms/}W3CDTF' is not found in Schema.
which to me they might as well be speaking chinese :?
What is to be done? :-k
