How to open a new ticket at CustomerSource

I am at client place and client having an access to CustomerSource. Just wanted to understand whether can we log a new support request (or N number of requests) with CustomerSource login credentials? (or) do we need to purchase number of support requests before creating a new support request.

    The person at your company in charge of support / client relations should be the one answering that for you. It depends on what type of support plan the customer has purchased with Microsoft.

    Thank you! So, it means it depends on the support plan. I was under impression that every Navision customer (who having access to Customersource) can open a support ticket.

    Well you can always open a ticket...whether or not they will make you pay for it depends on your plan :D
