Do you have the original document as well or is this the original document ?

Do you also have the dutch version available for download ?

This pdf is not a real pdf-file as we know from Acrobat. It has something to do with remote install I presume.

In this case "pdf" means "Packet description file" and will be used by the Microsoft Installer.
It has nothing to do with the "Portable document format".
