Item Ledger Entry '0' Does not exist

while posting a credit memo, system throughs "Item ledger entry 0 does not exist"

i am using Nav 4.0 SP3

kindly help me out.

how r u posting Credit memo? is you are manually putting item in line?use function copy document.

no i am posting credit memo by return receipt. i will create a return order and in warehouse i will create return receipt and i will add the return shipment in the credit memo.

For this just delete the entry in the purchase credit memo line and re create and post that one.
