Import Data with Special Chars in Dataport

Hi,

i have create a simple Dataport for Import Data,... hmm for what else?

But I have trouble with Special Chars like ä,ö,ü,ß ...
I have try save the txt File in Format Ansi, UTF, Unicode, but every time the import of my Special Characters is false.

Can you give me a tipp please.

Ever considered using CONVERTSTR which enables you to map a set of characters (defined as a string) to another set?

Navision is using old DOS codepages. For example in Czech it is Latin-2 codepage (852). You must convert data into this codepage (i dont know, which is right for you)...
