Menusuite expanded

Hi,
If I log into Navision getting a blank screen, I then have to open database, press F12, then click on what I want, and press Alt and F1 each time.The menus suite is expandend.How can i rectify this problem.

Hi,

Open Two sessions, make the changes in any one of the session as you mentioned and close both the sessions.

System will ask for do you want to replace ZUP file, say YES to that.

Then start new session and check, i think this may workout

Hi,

I think you have opened two sessions but you have logged the navsion in only one session.

Logged in Both sessions then make all the changes once again as you does for the start of navision in any one of the session and then close both sessions completely.
Then system will ask for replace of a ZUP file
