Developer Toolkit NAV 2009 SP 1

Hi All,
i was wondering if a Developer Toolkit is available for NAV 2009 SP 1 ? since the latest version on MS Download page is for NAV 2009.
Since some Countries were released direct in 2009 Sp1 there is no possibility to work with the toolkit while an 2009 Dev databse is needed.
Has anybody the same issue ?
