Me - "Can you exit and come back in?"
User - "Ok, hold on"
Me holding for a few minutes
User - "Nothing is happening"
Me - "Did you exit and log back in?"
User - "Yes, I went outside of the office and came back in"
(user is using nav from 2-3 years)
user: i can't find the order
me: remove filters
user: ??
me: ...(it's always the same story) "is there FILTER word written in the lower right corner?"
user: "i've never understood these filters"

I have one client that calls me the first Monday of every month to tell me that they have new crazy error that they have never seen before, something about posting date is out of your range. EVERY MONTH.
Actually more in line with the original post. This was a User of advanced years, and from a Green Screen Unix environment. Moving to Navision 2.00.
Trainer. "Ok, close the window".
Student. "You mean on the computer right".
Trainer. "Yes, just put the mouse on the little X on the top right of the screen and click the left mouse button".
After a while of realizing the window wont close, the trainer goes over to the students computer. She is physically holding the mouse on the actual screen where the X is and clicking the button.
