Me - "Can you exit and come back in?"
User - "Ok, hold on"
Me holding for a few minutes
User - "Nothing is happening"
Me - "Did you exit and log back in?"
User - "Yes, I went outside of the office and came back in"

Happy New Years everyone!

A couple of my all time favorites:
User: I don't have any space to add another line to this order
Me: Scroll to the last line, hit the down arrow
User: Oh...you're so smart
User: The PO Machine is broken
Me: *sigh*0 -
User error... Please replace user...
Happy 2010.0 -
(user is using nav from 2-3 years)

Actually more in line with the original post. This was a User of advanced years, and from a Green Screen Unix environment. Moving to Navision 2.00.
Trainer. "Ok, close the window".
Student. "You mean on the computer right".
Trainer. "Yes, just put the mouse on the little X on the top right of the screen and click the left mouse button".
After a while of realizing the window wont close, the trainer goes over to the students computer. She is physically holding the mouse on the actual screen where the X is and clicking the button.
PS I got a million of these.David Singleton0
