Replication Error in LS Retail

Hello Everybody,

We are using NAV 5.0 & LS Retail 5.05 but we are encoutering an error as:

"The client and the automation server are of different versions".

while testing the Replication "Test Connection".

Please help.

Which DD/CFront version you are using??

check the version No.s in the distribution location card in client /Server DB's.

If you are a LS Retail partner, you can download all their manuals.
If you have not had anyone go through their training, I recommend you send someone. In 5 days you get a pretty good overview and you get enough information to get started. Its a large and complex product and prior experience with their product is helpful. In our class, the people who had been using the product had a much easier time than the rest of us.
At the end of the class, you end up with a simple working system that includes replication.

I would expect your C/Front directories are setup incorrectly, or one of them contains files from a different release.

What version of DD is installed?
