Importing data from a text file with accents

Hello,
I made a report to import the data in a file to load Customer table and all is ok.
The only thing that I don't know how to solve is that if in the file there is a Customer with name with accent for example ABBA' or ABBÀ in the Customer form/table I found ABBŽü and it is not good.
Does it depend by collation / CS /CI ?
How to solve that?
I want the same data present in the file.
