How to promote system actions.

I don´t know how to promote System actions like:

View Edit New Delete Notes Links Open in New Window Refresh Clear Filter Print Page

I could not find how to promote actions like:

Next Previous First Last

So i have created 4 new actions and typed all the CAL code to simulate the functionallity.

Now I Need to promote "Refresh", "Edit", "Show", "Links", "Send to excel", "Send to word", and i can´t promote the existing activities, and i don´t know how to program the CAL code.

Any suggestion? Thank you in advance. Hope you have a nice 2010!
