Item tracking lines in BOM journal???

Is there any update for BOM journal? When I go to BOM journal in NAV version 4.0 or above, when I go to "Line" menu I see "Item Tracking Lines"...How can I have this same thing in version 3.6...is there any update or I have to develop things myself? (And there is a lot of development:)
