Item Journal Posted Document

Hi!

Anyone who knows where to find the source document for posted entries coming from the Item Journal (document similar to posted invoice, posted shipment etc..)

It is journal therefore there will be no document against it like we have for invoice/credit memo. You can look into item registers and can track the transaction.
