If you have the partner source access then log in to patner source down load the manuals.
If u have the customer source access then log in to customer source down load the manuals.
if you dont have the both options Just search the GOOGLE .
Another solution :
Open the Navision - > Help - > Microsoft Dynamics classics help - > u can find how to create the company , customer , vendor , item...................................
