When printing 1 Check it keeps print many Copies

can any one please guide me where to look
When printing 1 Check from Payment Journals it keeps print many Copies from that check till i cancel the printing job manually
i am useing NAV 5 with SP1
please this is urgent

define many copies, is it printing endlessly?
Have you done any modifications?
Do try the standard check.
If you have done modifications, contact your partner and ask them to fix it.
If you have not done any modificiations, try to install the newest printer drivers.

yes it is printing endlessly the same Check
and it was ok the last months
and i tryed to print to PDF file it do the same

we findthe problem it was the DOC No digit limetation
after puting less digits it works fine
