SQL 2005 Sp3 CU4 installations

Hi,
Has anyone used CU4 patch on SQL 2005 sp3?

I'm running CU1, but was recommended to upgrade to CU4.
If anyone has had and positive experiences or otherwise, i'd like to be reassured that all is well.

I'm running Win 2003 64bit, 64 bit of SQL and V5sp1 of Nav.

As always if somebody recommends an SQL cumulative update package my first question is why.

Offhand I don't see anything in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/970279/ that will directly impact Navision and if you're just doing it "because it's there" then CU6 is available. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/974648/

This is the version I generally use and have seen no problems with it so far. As Robert point out though, don't apply hotfixes/updates/patches unless you have a reason.

Thanks for the feedback.

Part of the upgrade is to address issues in Reporting Services, but I wanted to check to see if anyone had experience with cu4, and now cu6. You never know... you attempt to fix one problem, but you then get suprises with nav.
