SQL Login import single user AD or group.

Hi people,
i wont organize my SQL Logins with Dynamics NAV.
what is best?
1 -Create a SQL Login that has a Active Directory Group call ( p.e ) NAV_ALLUSERS and import on the Active Directory all users that should have access to Dynamics NAV?
2- Create a SQL Login for each user that is on Active Directory on SQL Server Login´s?
All this users have the permission public on the Database Mapping.
I´m currently using the 2nd option but i want to know your opinion.
