Hi Experts!!

I have installed the NAV 2009 on the Windows 7 operating system PC. When I try to open the default demo database it opens. But If I try to change the Licence Information I am getting some error. Which I cannot able to rectify. Can somebody please give me the solution for the same.

Please find the attached screenshot for the same.

Check the permissions on the file. I have the idea NAV (and thus the user with which you are logged in) does not have permissions to read the file.

    Hi,

    I resolved this by:-
    1. Rename the licence file you want to use as fin.flf
    2. Paste that licence file in the location you are getting the error from. The database will then pick this up as the default licence.

Hope that sorts it for you. It did for me.
