Email Creation - Flags (Follow Up, Importance)

I'm hoping someone can help. I am using codeunit 397 to create and send an auto mail and add an attachment. This is fine and all works well but I was hoping there was a way to automatically set a flag for followup and/or an importance level on the email as part of the generation process.

Is there a way though an option I can add as part of the creation.

I am using v5, sql based.
