Send Option Error

Hi Experts!!

In this screenshot, when I try to export the list of customers from send to option as Internet explorer its not getting exported. I am getting the error which I have shown in my screenshot please go through the attached file.

    Due to error message it looks like some problem with serialization. Is it standard Cronus (standard data and standard objects)?

    Regarding serializations i dont know. But I have tried with the standard database of cronus also its giving the same problem.

    It`s strange :-k I don`t know what causes error, but personally i would try both do it in Standard W1 Cronus (with company "CRONUS International Ltd.") on the same PC and do it with your DB on another PC.

    What dll is missing what type of error is it?

    It seems to be error connected with XLT transformation...
