Multi Level WIP in KIT BOM

Dear All,

I have a client that sell foods to end customer. They are using BE instead of AM, that's why they use KIT BOM to kit the finished goods.

For e.g:

WIP 1 contains of:
Raw Material1
Raw Material2

WIP 2 contains of:
Raw Material1
WIP1

WIP 3 contains of:
Raw M
WIP2

Finish Goods1 contains of
Raw Material3
Raw Material4
WIP 3

My question is, can we use KIT BOM to produce these multi level WIP like the example?
Does all the materials cost that used in the Finish Goods1 will be updated automatically
when the finish goods1 being sold?
