WMS Item Tracking Pick Register Error

Hi:
I am going through a few examples in Cronus. The example asked to partially supply a shipment, and then to create a Pick for another four items. I could create the Pick fine. But when I went to register it, an error came up stating that
the item tracking quantity of -20 exceeded the line quantity of -4
I have checked the Bin Contents (there are 16 items available - minus the 4 for the Pick), but am at a loss as to what exactly this error means. Can anyone shed some light on this one?
