Outlook Integration Error - NAV 2009

Hi,

I got everything configured for my outlook integration, the connection also works fine. It gives me the connection success message. But when I try to synchronize, it gives me this error " Code must have a value in Salesperson/Purchaser: Code=. It cannot be zero or empty."

Outlook integration is very fragile, it's also rather dependent on the version of the objects you are using the NAV 2009 version is just about usable though.

The error is saying you have a record in the salesperson table that has a blank as it's key; this is quite likely and you should probably delete it (The sync shouldn't be complaining about it though)

If it's not there or you get another random error the likely cause is that you have some change log entries that it doesn't understand. The outlook integration uses the change log to find what's changed (so it will miss things) but unfortunately it implicitly assumes that it is the only reason that change log is turned on so it tends to get confused.
