Why use Journal template? Which template is used most?

Hi all,

I'm new member here. I don't understand why should we create Journal Template while almost transactions we just create with some simple steps. And there are many types :General, Job, Payroll accrual, Deposits, Asset... Which temple is used most?

that's a company specific decision. Some companies will use more that others, which make possible that they use different ones than yours

General Template is a Voucher Template. It is categorized based on nature of transection ( like..payment, cash receipt, sales journal etc)... it is not mandatory to use all those template. you can use General journal template for all kind of transaction.
