Upgrade from Version 4.0 to 2009- “Web Site” table issue

Dear Experts,
I am upgrading my Navision DB from version 4.0 to NAV 2009. At the middle of the process, I am confused with this “Web Site” table. I feel that website table is something which is discontinued in 2009 version. Could somebody let me know whether my understanding is correct this regard?
Suppose my understanding is correct, I will have to ignore all the customizations done in the current customer database in regards to the Web Site functionality.( The table id which I am referring here is 6217.)
