Because this question is in Navision Financials section, I suppose you are askng about Navision version 2.60 or older. And the answer is NO. There is only the build-in report designer.

Well you could export to text and use Notepad to edit report.

You can use JetReports. Or any other reporting tools that connects using ODBC.
