Hi!
I want to know if anybody can help me with this issue.
Think that I have in table 17 (G/L Entry) two records with the same Document No.
Doc No. -- Posting Date -- Amount
D1 -- C12/30/09 -- 10
D1 -- 01/01/10 -- -10
what happen if you have some records with same "Document No." but different "Posting Date"?.

Nothing happens...
If you do an Item Journal and make adjustments and keep the document no. as the same thing (Assuming you have a number series for the batch off) they will both post with the same document number.
Check the Document Type - This should Identify what was posting (Payment, Invoice, Credit Memo, etc...) I'm not sure quite what you're looking for though...-Lavin

Currently in my table 17 I have records with the same Document No. but every record has a different Posting Date, for example:
Entry Posting
No. G/LAccount Date Doc.No. Description Amount
40171 3010010020010 C12/30/09 IDLB-0001 Period13-2009 27,615,120.97
40172 301003001T023 01/01/10 IDLB-0001 OpenBal2010 -27,615,120.97
As you can see this two records will be posted using the same Documente No, but different posting date, I want to have a right explanation what happens if we have in my system the date in this way?, maybe is most better has the same Posting Date when you are using the same Document No?, or maybe this is no important?.
My problem is that my customer need to post directly into Table 17 without use Journals Forms, so the records posted into this table will be in the same way explained up. Let me know your thoughts about this...
