Hi, anyone know where I can get the Microsoft Training manual for this exam? (MB7-839) I have noted the exam questions come from the manuals so it is important I get the CORRECT manual for this.

If you are a customer go to mbs.microsoft.com/customersource
Both assume that you are paying some sort of partner fee / enhancement fee to Microsoft every year.
If you are neither of those contact a solution center in your area to order the books for you.
