ADCS The NAS does not accept encryption.

Hi Guys
I'm getting the following error in the event viewer on my machine Nav 2009 when I try to connect to ADCS from the hyperterminal using Localhost, port 6666, terminal emulator Vt100.
Any ideas what causes this? I've set up a few ADCS systems and none have reported errors like this, I can never remember setting encryption on anywhere.
