Can we post the documents from AX 2009 Enterprise Portal(EP)

Hi All,

I am very curious to know few things i.e.

A) Can we post any documents like sales order,purchase orders,receipts,shipments,invoices from Axapta Enterprise portal 2009 ?
Can we create any quotations like Sales quotation or purchase quotation from Ax 2009 EP ?
C) Can we create master data from Ax 2009 EP like customers, vendors etc. ?
