Hi Folks,

I am restoring a CSIDE database into SQL and there is a date difference. I am getting a error message.

"G/L entry table contains a field with a date value that cannot be used with SQL server'

Record No :'232323'
Field Docuement Date=03/09/0040.

Anyone know how do i convert the date.

Regards
Suresh.

You need 'migrate.fob' from the Tools CD.

You coulc always restore the database to a Navision server, fix the value and backup and restore, but this would be a long process if you had to do it more than once...

I have the following error, record 4329 fielddate 13-08-0044

I tried the migrate.fob. but doesnt change this date. Anybody an idea how i can change it?

I want to migrate 3.7 c-side to sql 2005. No luck so far.

You'll need to expand it to all date fields in all tables, including custom tables.

    Hi

Once you have imported the migrate.fob run codeunits 10401 Create Field Checking Code and 104015 Field Check you must run form 104010 Incorrect Data Values and manually change the information :-k
