Remove duplicates in a report

We have different customer cards with the same Global Dimension Code and same hip-to addresses.

In a report (which contains search name (customer), ship-to address, ship-to address 2) I want to group the customers by Search Name.

How can I do that?

PS: I've tried GroupTotalFields but doesnt work.

I've select "Search Name" in the GroupTotalFields property of "Customer" Data Item. That's all.

Is your report based on table 18 (Customer)?

If so:

Set the tableview to "Search Name" (Use that key)

Add Search Name as a Group total field.

Add a new Group Header section that will show every time the search name changes...
