You can cancel the G/L entries easily enough. You should also be able to cancel the Resource Ledger entries as well. The Payroll Ledger might be a little trickier :-)

No, for job usage I only use the G/L Account. No resource or item used for this purpose. That is why I found there is no way to cancel the job usage once it was posted.
I tried to do reverse entry in Job Journal, but the amount field won't allow us to put negative value. Unless we need to look into detail on the coding and do some customization but this is not so good to do it if there is some alternative to do reverse entry for this case, right ?

Quanity -1 "Unit Price" 100 = "Total Price" -100
this will then post OK.
Note: this will only Update the "Job Ledger".
