Diplaying Filters on Account Schedule

I would like to ensure that the TextBoxes that display the Filters and Dimension Filters in the header of the Account Schedule are always visible, even if no filter has been selected. Is there a property on the TextBox that I can set that will make them always visible?

I am also having trouble locating the C/AL Code that controls where the content of the variables Dim1Text, Dim2Text, BudText, BusUnitText is set. If someone could point out to me where I can control the values for these variables, I would really appreciate it.
