Parallel print - how to print to a second printer (ELO)

Hi,
I would like to print every print from NAV on a second printer in "background".
We've installed the archive-software ELO to archive our prints automaticly. There's a system-printer which should print evry print into ELO. Where can i set up this second printer. I've heard of an "parallel print". Where is it???
