Data conversion to and from MAS200

Hi all,
I've been asked to provide a ballpark estimate for transferring live order data back and forth between MAS200 and Navision (basically to stop orders from being entered twice into 2 systems). I don't know much about MAS200. Was hoping there might be some consultants out there who may have done this once or twice, and could tell me approx how much time would be required to write the code to export from MAS200 and import into Navision, and then reverse the process. As automagically as possible. We have a NAS server, if that helps.
