Tracking Specification error

While posting Output Journal in Nav 4.0 SP3,

error pops up "Quantity to Handle (Base) should be -3.00 in Tracking Specification Entry : 1"

Actually the erro is coming due to rounding off of the value 2.97 in Item Tracking Line.

Can any body help in this matter.

    What is the rounding precision on ur Item Card it shud be 1 if u r using serialized inventory in production environment. What is the quantity of FG to be produced on ur production order. It shud again be rounded to 1 i.e. nothing in decimals.

    Dear Kapil,

    Thanks for the reply. In fact I solved the problem by changing from 1 to 0.001

    As my raw materials get consumed in decimals, the error was coming up due to the rounding off.
