Issue with Indentation of the chart of Accounts

Hi

Does anyone know why is there is a limit of 10 to the number of indentation to the Chart of accounts?

I read the code and I found it is due to (Codeunit 3 ) a variable AccNo with an array of 10 dimensions.

Has any one increased it before? I do not see a problem with the code change.

What is the business need to have that many levels of indentation.

It is not an easy question to reply to except that it is a decision for certain structure to be used from the parent company and the rest of the grouping is based on the company's generic Chart of Accounts for standardized roll out.

If you need to increase it, increase it. Indenting chart of account is not a program where it affects the daily processing of anything.
