NAV 2009 Sp1 comes with addin by default.

Run table from object designer named. Client Add-in 2000000069.

In the table write the following data.

    Control Add-in Name: Microsoft.Dynamics.NAV.MicrosoftDynamicsOnlineConnectControl
    Public Key Token: 31bf3856ad364e35
Description: Microsoft Dynamics Online Connect control add-in

You can also copy this from cronus db as well.

I also had the same issue. Adding that record to the table solved my problem; however, I do not want the Microsoft Connect Add-in displayed in all my Roles. Is there a way that I can remove it from all roles, or individually? If not possible, what steps would I take add my own links in the Connect pane. Thanks in advance.

you need to modify the Page that is assigned to the role and delete the line that references the addin page.

    Thank you, Ahmed.
I got the same error and your answer has saved me time for the simple upgrade from NAV 2009 to NAV 2009 SP1.

You can also get this error in NAV2009R2 if the Zetadoc Express objects have been imported but the components have not been installed on the computer running the RTC.

check the client add-in table T2000000069, and add a line for the add-in that is giving you the problem.

    For zeta docs it is:

Control Add-in Name Public Key Token Version Description
    Equisys.Zetadocs.CaptureAddin e139abe62dd951e0
