Calculate Struture Function in Salesorder Subform

Dear All,
I have to Calculate Structure Values while Modifiying Sales line in Sales Order Subform. normally we are calculating Calculate Structure Values from Sales order form only. Is this possible to calulate Struture Values while modifying Sales order Subform ?.for Ex : suppose if we changed qty from 5 to 10 in sales line it should calculate Structure Values when we go to next line in Sales order Subform.
