Internal error 9 in Module 24

We're getting the above error whenever a client tries to print, from any computer. They are on rel. 4.03, SQL. This was not a problem yesterday. There are no printers associated with this user and the zup file has been deleted. They are using windows login.
I can't find any documentation on this particular error as to the fix.
